Who is allowed to see, edit or share which files are regulated via the user administration. Several users with the same rights can be bundled into user groups. For example, user groups can be created per department or hierarchical level.
Files can be automatically assigned to specific categories. This is done by entering the metadata and set up workflows. All files that are waiting to be released can be collected in a smart category, for example.

Frequently asked questions
Yes, it is possible to rent Cavok Digital Asset Management in the form of an on-premise version. This rental option is on a monthly basis and the cost is the same as a purchase license divided over a period of 36 months. There are no additional fees and this is not a 36-month contract. Instead, you have full flexibility to cancel the contract on a monthly basis if you wish.
